ecoDesigners Guild (eDG) is a new group in Pittsburgh. It started with group of designers who all wanted to give back to Pittsburgh by using their skills and design methods to help the city be more sustainable. The goal for the eDG is to help make sustainable practices understandable and actionable for the general population and to provide strategic guidance for organizations, governments, communities, and individuals toward balancing the relationship between the man-made and natural worlds.
This Saturday the ecoDesigners Guild will be at Construction Junction’s Big Pour! At their table you will be able to find out more about eDG and be able to make a reusable grocery bag out of a t-shirt. It’s going to be a great event and a lot to see and do. This is just the start of eDG, stay tuned for more great & sustainable happenings.
