Web Trends Map From Information Architects, 4th Edition

Information Architects, a digital design firm in Japan and Zurich has released its annual edition of web trends. This is their 4th edition. The map mimics the Tokyo subway map. Subway lines highlight types of information. The buildings represent locations on the internet. Hight of those buildings represent success, monetary or traffic based is not differentiated. You’ll also notice key internet personalities walking around: the likes of Steve Jobs, Barack Obama, Kevin Rose and many others. The interactive version of this map is here, and I highly recommend the full-screen version. Check it out above.
