Very cool sushi roller. The roller rolls the sushi for you; so easy a child could do it. I personally, don’t mind rolling sushi with the bamboo mat, in fact I find it fun. But, i’ll admit there is an art to this practice and this machine appears to be for people new to the art of sushi rolling. It only makes Maki rolls and truly shines when you use Nori or seaweed wraps.
