"Green" is Not Going Away

You may have seen The Boston Consulting Group’s global consumer survey on attitudes towards ‘green’ back in July 0f 2008, but how do those opinions stand today? Catherine Roche, a partner and managing director of BCG’s Dusseldorf office speaks out about what’s happened since.

  1. “You said companies see green as a lever for cost savings, but do consumers see it that way?Yes they do. When we ask people to identify their most regular green behaviors, the ones at the top of the list have a clear “saves-me-money” benefit.”This is so key, it must not only be good for the environment or society but make economic sense too.
