So, What Day is it Anyway?

Over at Wired they have an article about the start of leap year, and how Julius Caesar instituted it to try and fix the old 364 day calendar, which was getting further and further out of line.

Even the 365 and 1/4 day year is about 11 minutes off.  The Gregorian Calendar fixed this by dropping three days every 400 years.
